  • 1 lb ribeye steak or filet mignon, cubed
  • ½ lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • ½ lb scallops, cleaned & patted dry
  • 2 tbsp olive oil, divided
  • Salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste

For the Garlic Butter Sauce:

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup white wine (optional)
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Zest of 1 lime
  • Lime wedge, for serving
