Instructions:
1. Sear the Steak:
- Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season steak cubes with salt & pepper, then sear for 2-3 minutes per side until browned (adjust for doneness).
- Remove steak and set aside.
2. Cook the Shrimp & Scallops:
- In the same skillet, add remaining 1 tbsp olive oil.
- Season shrimp with salt & pepper, then cook for 2 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.
- Pat scallops dry, season, and sear for 1-2 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.
3. Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
- Reduce heat to medium, melt butter, then sauté garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in heavy cream and white wine (if using), simmering for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Add lemon juice and lime zest, then return steak, shrimp, and scallops to the skillet, tossing to coat.
4. Garnish & Serve:
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve with a lime wedge for extra zest.
- Enjoy immediately with crusty bread, mashed potatoes, or over rice!
