  • ½ tsp paprika

  • tomato, diced

  • 7 oz (200g) feta cheese, crumbled

  • 3.5 oz (100g) cheddar or mozzarella, shredded

  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt

  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

For the Yogurt Sauce:

  • 3 tbsp Greek yogurt

  • 2 tbsp tomato paste

  • 1 tbsp chili sauce (adjust for spice)

  • pickled cucumber, finely chopped

  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
