- 5 oz fresh spinach
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ cup heavy cream (or half-and-half)

- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt, ¼ tsp black pepper, ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tsp lemon juice (optional)
