- 250 g beef inside round steak, thinly sliced
- 125 g Yet-Ca-Mein Asian noodles (or any stir-fry noodles)
- 1 cup shelled edamame
- 1 carrot, julienned or thinly sliced
- ½ bell pepper, sliced into strips
- 1 small zucchini, halved and sliced diagonally
- 1 onion, cut into eighths and layers separated
Aromatics & Seasoning
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) finely chopped garlic
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) finely chopped fresh ginger
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) oil (vegetable or sesame)
- Salt & pepper to taste
Teriyaki Sauce
- ¾ cup teriyaki sauce
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) maple syrup (or honey)
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) sriracha (adjust to taste)
