Ingredients

Main Components

  • 250 g beef inside round steak, thinly sliced
  • 125 g Yet-Ca-Mein Asian noodles (or any stir-fry noodles)
  • 1 cup shelled edamame
  • 1 carrot, julienned or thinly sliced
  • ½ bell pepper, sliced into strips
  • 1 small zucchini, halved and sliced diagonally
  • 1 onion, cut into eighths and layers separated

Aromatics & Seasoning

  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) finely chopped garlic
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) finely chopped fresh ginger
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) oil (vegetable or sesame)
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Teriyaki Sauce

  • ¾ cup teriyaki sauce
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) maple syrup (or honey)
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) sriracha (adjust to taste)
