Shrimp & Teriyaki Steak Noodles

Instructions

  1. Prepare Noodles & Edamame
    • Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water to prevent sticking. Set aside.
    • Boil edamame for 4 minutes, then drain and set aside.
  2. Make the Sauce
    • In a bowl, mix teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, maple syrup, rice vinegar, and sriracha. Set aside.
  3. Stir-Fry Vegetables & Beef
    • Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
    • Sauté onion and carrot for 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently.
    • Add bell pepper and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
    • Toss in beef strips, zucchini, edamame, garlic, and ginger. Season with salt & pepper.
    • Cook for 5 minutes or until beef is fully cooked. Remove everything from the wok.
  4. Finish the Dish
    • Pour the sauce into the empty wok and simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
    • Return the beef and vegetables to the wok, mixing well.
    • Add the drained noodles, tossing until fully coated and heated through (~5 minutes).
  5. Serve
    • Dish hot, garnished with sesame seeds or green onions if desired.
