Ingredients

For the Egg Mixture:

  • 100 ml milk

  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

  • Fresh parsley, chopped

For the Pumpkin Layer:

  • 800 g pumpkin, peeled & sliced

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • Salt & pepper

For the Minced Meat Filling:

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 350 g minced meat (beef, pork, or mix)

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 2 tomatoes, diced

  • 1 bell pepper, chopped

  • Salt & pepper

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

For the Topping:

  • 100 g shredded mozzarella

For the Honey-Mustard Drizzle:

  • 25 g honey

  • 1 tbsp mustard

  • 30 ml olive oil

  • 1 tsp thyme

  • Lemon juice, to taste

  • Salt & pepper
