Pigs in a Blanket!

Ingredients
1 package crescent roll dough (8 rolls)
8 hot dogs
4 slices of cheese, cut into strips
For Garnishing (Optional)
1 egg, beaten (for an egg wash)
1 tablespoon sesame seeds or poppy seeds
½ teaspoon garlic powder or dried herbs
For Serving
Ketchup, mustard, or your favorite dipping sauces
Instructions

Step 1: Preheat Your Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it to prevent sticking.
Set it aside while you assemble the rolls.
Step 2: Prepare the Crescent Dough
Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into 8 triangles.
Lay them flat on a clean surface, and if you’re adding cheese, place a strip of cheese along the wider end of each triangle.
