Ingredients:

- 1 medium onion, chopped

- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper (to taste)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Egg Rolls:
- 12 egg roll wrappers
- 1 egg (beaten, for sealing)
- Vegetable oil (for frying)
- Optional Sauce:
- Mix mayo, ketchup, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.
