  • 1 lb (450g) chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms (cremini or white)
  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 lemon (sliced + 1 tbsp juice)
  • ¼ cup chicken broth
  • ¼ cup heavy cream (or half-and-half for lighter option)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
