  • 1 cup diced red onion
  • 1 cup peeled, diced cucumber
  • ½ cup chopped celery
  • 1 jalapeño, minced (seeds removed for less heat)
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes (Roma or cherry)
  • ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • ¾ cup tomato juice or Clamato juice
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce (optional)
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Kosher salt & black pepper, to taste

For Serving:

  • Tortilla chips, saltine crackers, or lime wedges
