Instructions:
1. Prepare the Shrimp
- If using raw shrimp: Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes until pink and opaque. Drain and plunge into an ice bath to cool.
- If using cooked shrimp: Rinse under cold water and pat dry.

2. Combine Ingredients
In a large bowl, mix:
- Shrimp, red onion, cucumber, celery, jalapeño, tomatoes, and cilantro.

3. Season & Chill

4. Serve
