For the Creamy Mediterranean Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
