Ingredients:

For the Dough:

  • 200g self-raising flour

  • 170g Greek yogurt

For the Filling:

  • 100g feta cheese, crumbled

  • 2 tbsp cream cheese

  • 100g spinach, wilted and chopped

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • A small handful of fresh mint, finely chopped

  • 1 tbsp mint sauce

  • 1 tsp ground black pepper

For Cooking & Serving:

  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for frying)

  • Extra Greek yogurt or a fresh Mediterranean salad (optional, for serving)
