  • 24 large brown mushrooms, stems removed

  • ¾ lb crabmeat (fresh or high-quality canned)

  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided

  • 3 tsp Dijon mustard

  • 2 tsp horseradish

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
