Instructions
1️⃣ Prep the Oven & Baking Dish

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Lightly grease a 13×8-inch baking dish with nonstick spray or butter.
2️⃣ Prepare the Mushrooms

Gently wipe the mushroom caps clean.

Twist off and remove stems (optional: finely chop stems and mix into filling).
3️⃣ Make the Crab Filling

In a bowl, combine crabmeat and lemon juice.

Stir in panko breadcrumbs, followed by melted butter, ¼ cup Parmesan, Dijon mustard, horseradish, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
4️⃣ Stuff the Mushrooms

Generously fill each mushroom cap with the crab mixture (a small scoop or spoon works well).

Arrange in the baking dish and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.
5️⃣ Bake & Serve

Bake for 15–20 minutes, until mushrooms are tender and tops are golden.
