Instructions

1️⃣ Prep the Oven & Baking Dish

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • Lightly grease a 13×8-inch baking dish with nonstick spray or butter.

2️⃣ Prepare the Mushrooms

  • Gently wipe the mushroom caps clean.

  • Twist off and remove stems (optional: finely chop stems and mix into filling).

3️⃣ Make the Crab Filling

  • In a bowl, combine crabmeat and lemon juice.

  • Stir in panko breadcrumbs, followed by melted butter¼ cup ParmesanDijon mustardhorseradishgarlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.

4️⃣ Stuff the Mushrooms

  • Generously fill each mushroom cap with the crab mixture (a small scoop or spoon works well).

  • Arrange in the baking dish and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.

5️⃣ Bake & Serve

  • Bake for 15–20 minutes, until mushrooms are tender and tops are golden.

  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
