Honey Bourbon Glazed Salmon
Ingredients:

4 salmon fillets (skin-on or skinless)

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt & black pepper
Glaze:

¼ cup honey
-
¼ cup bourbon
-
2 tbsp soy sauce
-
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
-
2 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 tbsp lemon juice
-
Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions:

Make the glaze: In a small saucepan, combine honey, bourbon, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes. Simmer over medium heat for 5–7 minutes until slightly thickened. Remove from heat.

Cook the salmon: Season fillets with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook salmon for 3–4 minutes per side (depending on thickness) until golden and flaky.

Glaze the salmon: Brush the glaze over the salmon during the last 1–2 minutes of cooking, or drizzle generously before serving.
Garlic Butter Shrimp
Ingredients:

1 lb large shrimp (peeled & deveined)

1 tbsp butter + 1 tbsp olive oil

2 garlic cloves, minced
-
Salt & pepper

½ tsp paprika (optional)

Lemon wedge (for garnish)
Instructions:

Season shrimp with salt, pepper, and paprika.

Heat butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Squeeze with lemon juice before serving.
Cheesy Broccoli with Homemade Cheese Sauce
Ingredients:

3 cups broccoli florets

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 tbsp butter
-
2 tbsp all-purpose flour

1 cup milk
-
Salt, pepper, garlic powder (to taste)
Instructions:

Steam the broccoli: Cook broccoli until tender (about 4–5 minutes).

Make the cheese sauce: In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook for 1–2 minutes. Gradually whisk in milk until smooth. Cook until thickened, then stir in shredded cheese until melted. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Combine: Pour cheese sauce over steamed broccoli and toss gently.
