Ingredients

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp dried thyme

For the Shrimp Skewers:

  • 8 large shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper (optional for heat)

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

For the Mashed Potatoes:

  • 4 large russet or Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and cubed

  • ¼ cup butter

  • ½ cup heavy cream (or milk for a lighter version)

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

  • 2 tbsp crispy bacon bits (optional)

For the Cheesy Broccoli:

  • 2 cups broccoli florets

  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

For Serving:

  • 4 warm dinner rolls (homemade or store-bought)

  • Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
