Gourmet Steak, Sunny-Side Eggs & Guacamole Recipe

Ingredients

For the Ribeye Steak:

  • 1 (8–12 oz) ribeye steak (1–1.5 inches thick)

  • 1 tbsp high-smoke-point oil (avocado, ghee, or tallow)

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 2 garlic cloves, smashed

  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary or thyme

  • Salt & freshly cracked black pepper

For the Sunny-Side Eggs:

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 tbsp butter or olive oil

  • Salt & pepper to taste

For the Guacamole:

  • 1 ripe avocado

  • 1 tbsp finely diced red onion

  • 1 tbsp diced tomato (seeds removed)

  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro

  • ½ lime, juiced

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp cumin (optional)

  • Pinch of cayenne or red pepper flakes (optional)
