  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup sliced salami, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup small pickles (such as cornichons or dill pickles), sliced
  • Fresh herbs (like parsley or basil), for garnish (optional)
