- 1½ cups unsalted butter, softened
- 3½ cups powdered sugar
- 3–5 tbsp heavy cream
- 2 tsp coconut extract
- ½ cup coconut rum
- 4 cups sweetened shredded coconut (2 x 8oz bags)
