  • 2 tbsp canned corn (30g / 1 oz)

  • 4 eggs

  • 50g (1.7 oz) sour cream (~3.5 tbsp)

  • 70g (2.5 oz) cheese, grated

  • Fresh parsley and dill, for garnish
