- 2 pounds sirloin steak (or round steak, eye of round), trimmed and cubed
- 1 white onion, finely chopped
- 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 packet Lipton Beef & Onion Soup Mix
- 2 packages of egg noodles (32 ounces total, cooked and drained)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
