Instructions:

  1. Prepare the meat: Place a Dutch oven over medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  2. Cook: Add the cubed beef and chopped onion. Brown the beef, allowing it to sear, and cook until the onion softens slightly.
  3. Make the sauce: In a bowl, mix together the milk, cream of mushroom soup, red wine vinegar, and Lipton Beef & Onion Soup Mix. Once fully combined, pour the mixture into the pot with the beef and onions.
  4. Simmer: Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low. Cover and simmer for approximately 4 hours, or until the beef is tender and flavorful.
  5. Combine with noodles: Once the beef is done, stir in the cooked egg noodles. Mix well and allow to simmer for an additional 5–10 minutes, stirring frequently to incorporate the flavors.
  6. Serve and enjoy: Spoon onto plates or into bowls, and dig into this warm, comforting meal!
