1 cup of fresh spinach
1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes (halved)
1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese (or a combination of mozzarella and cheddar for extra flavor)
Olive oil (for sautéing)
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: Garlic powder or fresh herbs for extra flavor
