  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese (for extra meltiness)

  • 3 large eggs

  • 1 cup milk (or half-and-half for extra richness)

  • ½ cup sour cream

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • ½ tsp smoked paprika (optional, for extra flavor)

  • Salt & black pepper to taste
