Shrimp Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 200g fresh shrimp, peeled and cleaned
  • ½ cup diced boiled meatballs (optional)
  • 1 cup lettuce, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup carrots, julienned or sliced
  • ½ cup cooked white noodles (optional)
  • ½ cup cucumber, sliced (if using)
  • ½ cup tomatoes, sliced
  • ¼ cup shallots, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp Thai chili sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp sugar
  • Fresh cilantro leaves, for garnish (optional)
