  • 1.5 lbs lean ground turkey (99% fat-free)
  • ¼ cup water
  • 3 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 1 medium carrot, shredded
  • ½ tsp garlic powder (or 1 clove fresh minced garlic)
  • 2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • ½ tbsp fresh ginger, finely minced
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • Sea salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: 2 tbsp coconut aminos, tamari, hoisin sauce, or sesame seeds for garnish
