Instructions:

  1. Cook the Turkey:
    • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground turkey and cook, breaking it apart with a spatula, until fully browned and no longer pink. Drain any excess fat if needed.
  2. Add Vegetables & Seasonings:
    • Pour in the water and reduce heat to medium.
    • Add the shredded cabbage, carrots, garlic powder, sesame oil, ginger, and green onions. Stir well to combine.
  3. Simmer & Finish:
    • Cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage softens.
    • Stir in the rice vinegar and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Serve:
    • Garnish with extra green onions, sesame seeds, or a drizzle of coconut aminos/tamari if desired.
    • Enjoy hot as a low-carb, flavorful meal!
