Instructions:
- Cook the Turkey:
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground turkey and cook, breaking it apart with a spatula, until fully browned and no longer pink. Drain any excess fat if needed.
- Add Vegetables & Seasonings:
- Pour in the water and reduce heat to medium.
- Add the shredded cabbage, carrots, garlic powder, sesame oil, ginger, and green onions. Stir well to combine.
- Simmer & Finish:
- Cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage softens.
- Stir in the rice vinegar and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve:
- Garnish with extra green onions, sesame seeds, or a drizzle of coconut aminos/tamari if desired.
- Enjoy hot as a low-carb, flavorful meal!
