1/2 lb firm white fish (like cod or halibut), cut into chunks
1/2 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 lb fresh mussels, cleaned and debearded
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp fresh basil or thyme (optional)
Lemon wedges, for serving
