  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (plus extra for garnish)

  • ½ tsp salt (or to taste)

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional, for brightness)
