  • 1 cup snow peas, trimmed

  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • 1 tbsp cooking oil (vegetable or peanut)

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Cooked rice, for serving
