Instructions:

Prepare the shrimp: Pat the shrimp dry with a paper towel and season lightly with salt and pepper.

Cook the shrimp: Heat 1 tbsp cooking oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 1-2 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Sauté the aromatics: In the same pan, add the minced garlic and sliced mushrooms. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the mushrooms soften.

Add snow peas: Toss in the snow peas and cook for 1-2 minutes until bright green but still crisp.

Combine everything: Return the shrimp to the pan. Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes until everything is well-coated and heated through.

Season and serve: Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed. Serve immediately over steamed rice.
