Ingredients
- 1 can (6.5 oz) mushrooms, drained
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 medium green pepper, diced
- 12 oz large egg noodles, cooked
- ¼ cup butter
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 2½ cups milk
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (12 oz) tuna, packed in water
- 1 can (15 oz) peas, drained
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 cups crispy fried onions, for topping
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, for topping
