- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg

For the Spinach Alfredo Sauce:
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Pinch of nutmeg
- Salt & pepper, to taste
