Chicken Ricotta Meatballs with Spinach Alfredo Sauce

These tender, cheesy meatballs smothered in rich, creamy spinach Alfredo sauce are a comforting, restaurant-worthy dish made right at home.

Ingredients

For the Meatballs:

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

For the Spinach Alfredo Sauce:

  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
