  • 1 ripe avocado, diced

  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped red onion (or green onion)

  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice (or lime juice)

  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

  • 8 large lettuce leaves (butter lettuce, romaine, or iceberg)

  • Optional toppings: chopped cilantro, diced tomatoes, hot sauce
