Instructions:

  1. Roast the Strawberries:

    • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

    • On a parchment-lined baking sheet, toss strawberries with balsamic vinegar and brown sugar.

    • Roast for 20 minutes, or until softened and caramelized. Set aside to cool slightly.
