Instructions:
- Caramelize the Mushrooms
- Heat a skillet over medium heat, melt butter, and sauté mushrooms until golden brown (5-6 mins). Set aside.
- Season & Cook the Beef Patty
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Form into two large patties (slightly bigger than the bread to prevent shrinkage).
- Cook in a skillet over medium-high heat for 3-4 mins per side (or until desired doneness).
- Assemble the Patty Melt
- Spread mayo/aioli on one side of each bread slice.

- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-low heat.
