For the Coffee Syrup:
1/2 cup strong brewed coffee

1/4 cup sugar

For the Topping:
1 cup heavy cream

2 tablespoons powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Cocoa powder, for dusting

Caramel sauce (optional, for drizzling)
