Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  3. Mix in butter, Parmesan, and eggs, then press into a greased 9-inch pie plate to form a crust.

  4. Brown beef with onion and bell pepper in a skillet. Drain excess fat.

  5. Add garlic, cook 1 minute, then stir in tomato sauce, herbs, salt, and pepper. Simmer 5 minutes.

  6. Spread beef mixture over spaghetti crust, top with mozzarella.

  7. Bake 20-25 minutes until cheese is bubbly. Let cool slightly before slicing.
