Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out one puff pastry sheet, spread mustard, then layer with cheese, bacon, and dill.
- Place the second puff pastry sheet on top, gently press to seal, and brush with egg wash.
- Score pastry into squares, then bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly, then slice and serve warm with ketchup for dipping.
