Directions:
Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker and drizzle with olive oil.
Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix over the chicken and pour the chicken broth around the chicken breasts.
Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and easily shreds.
Once the chicken is done, shred it using two forks and stir it into the juices in the slow cooker.
Add the softened cream cheese, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses to the slow cooker. Stir everything together until the cheese is melted and the mixture is creamy.
Toast the sandwich buns until lightly golden and spoon the chicken bacon ranch mixture onto the buns.
Optional: Add fresh lettuce and tomato slices before serving for extra freshness.
