Chill to Thicken
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight). Stir once or twice during the first hour to prevent clumping. -
Prep the Strawberries
While the pudding sets, dice the strawberries. For a smoother texture, lightly mash half of them. -
Layer & Serve
Once thickened, stir the pudding and layer it in glasses with strawberries. Top with extra strawberries and mint for a fresh touch. -
