2 cups heavy cream
1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies (undrained)
12 oz linguine pasta
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¾ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional for extra heat)
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
