Directions
- Brown beef in olive oil, remove, and set aside.
- Sauté onion and peppers, then add garlic and cook briefly.
- Return beef, season with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in heavy cream.
- Combine beef mixture, pasta, and provolone. Transfer to a greased baking dish.
- Top with mozzarella and Parmesan. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes until bubbly.
Optional: Garnish with parsley. Serve with salad, coleslaw, or crusty bread!
