1. Preheat & Prep
- Set oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Grease a cake pan (8-inch round or square works well).
2. Mix Wet Ingredients
- In a bowl, whisk together condensed milk, eggs, and melted butter until smooth.
3. Add Flour
- Sift flour into the wet mixture.
