Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Prepare the filling: In a bowl, mix the shredded brisket and beer cheese dip until well combined.

  3. Assemble the bombs:

    • Roll out each biscuit dough piece on a lightly floured surface.

    • Place a spoonful of the brisket-cheese mixture in the center.

    • Fold the dough over the filling, pinching the edges to seal, and shape into a smooth ball.

  4. Pretzel coating:

    • In a bowl, dissolve baking soda in warm water.
