  • 6 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 ½ cups beef broth
  • 1 packet brown gravy mix
  • 1 tbsp ketchup (optional, for depth)
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard (optional, for tang)
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
