Instructions
- Spray slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.
- Layer rice evenly in the bottom, then place chicken breasts on top.
- Mix soups & broth, then pour over chicken and rice.
- Sprinkle onion soup mix evenly over the dish.
- Cover & cook on low for 6–7 hours until chicken is tender.
- Add peas or carrots (if using) 30 minutes before serving.
