Slow Cooker No Peek Chicken & Rice

Instructions

  1. Spray slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Layer rice evenly in the bottom, then place chicken breasts on top.
  3. Mix soups & broth, then pour over chicken and rice.
  4. Sprinkle onion soup mix evenly over the dish.
  5. Cover & cook on low for 6–7 hours until chicken is tender.
  6. Add peas or carrots (if using) 30 minutes before serving.
  7. Season with salt & pepper before serving.
