- 1½ lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
- 1 medium onion, chopped

- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp paprika
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
